את = אותי תיעב. אתאוה לו.
God speaks: Me — he (the wicked one) disgusted with his thoughts & actions. I will cause Myself to desire for him.
בש = בי לא חשק. שמי יחול עליו.
In Me — in My Torah that begins with a Bet — he did not lust. My Name will desecrate upon him.
גר = גופו טימא. ארחם עליו.
His body he despiritualized / defiled. I will have mercy over him.
דק = דלתותי ניעל קרנותיו לא אגדע.
My doors he locked — his horns / damaging pride — I will not cut off his pride.
עד כאן מדת רשעים — את בש גר דק
Until here is the characteristic of the wicked ones — smart for evil.
אבל מדת צדיקים — לוי אתה עושה כן — את בש אם אתה בוש, גר דק גור בדוק
But the characteristic of the righteous — oh, if only you would complete it so: At Bash — if you are embarrassed of misdeeds (Bavli Berakhot: forgiven of all sins). Gor Bedoq — you will live bound to God's heavenly throne.
הץ וף = חציצה הוי מן לך לאף
A separation will be placed between you & divine wrath.
זע חס טן = אי אתה מזדעזע מן השטן
You will not even tremble before the Satan — the adversary, the roadblock between you and your goals.
ים כל = כך אמר שר של גהינם לפני הקב״ה — רבונו של עולם לים כל
So said the minister of Gehinnom before the Holy Set-Apart One, Source of all reality: "Master of the Universe of Concealment — to my ocean send all."

God responds — the every-7 cipher:
אחס בטע גיף = אני אחוס עליהם מפני שבעטו בגוף
I will have pity and compassion over them — for they kicked back against bodily sins.
דכץ = דכים הם כנים הם צדיקים הם
They are lowly in spirit (humble), they are honest — they say what they mean, and they are righteous.
הלק = אין לך חלק לעולם הבא בם
You, minister of Gehinnom, have no part in them in the coming Universe of Concealment — in them who occupy בם: בראשית מאימתי / ודברת בם — who occupy themselves in the two Torahs, Scribed & Spoken, day and night.
ומר זן שת = א״ל = אמר לפניו — רבונו של עולם זנני מזרעו של שת
The minister of Gehinnom says before God: "Please, my Master of the Universe of Concealment — sustain me with the seed of Sheth." (Rashi: all idolaters and Israel too. שת = ש שקר ת אמת — give me all those in falsehood and those in truth.)

God responds — the every-13 cipher:
אל בם גן דס = להיכן אוליכם? לגן הדס
I will guide them into the garden of myrtle — Gan Eden. The garden of the righteous compared to myrtle.
הע וף = אמרה גהינם לפני הקב״ה: עיף אנכי
Hearing this, a defeated sigh — hohoph, like "uff" — Gehinnom herself says before the Holy Set-Apart One: "I am tired." Same language as Esav.
זץ חק = הללו זרעו של יצחק
These are the seed of the righteous Yitzhaq — and you cannot touch them.
טר יש כת = המתן שיש לי כיתות שאני נותן לך
