This implies IF YOU ARE NOT MOSHEH MOSES, & DO NOT HAVE PROPHECY (CLOSED FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS) YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KILL ANYONE AS YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL COME FROM THEM. The Sages like the Torah calculate every word & there are no synonyms in biblical hebrew.
We learn by detail. what it should have said - the easier cleaerer way to say something.
& if it is not said like that we learn by what is actually said -

First whenever responding to Talmud memes,
we had to check the original to see if the term Goy is used as a lot of times, just checking the word they are translating the same as Goy is enough to demonstrate how wrong the quote is. Each word is unique/ different but get all translated the same by "not careful" / deliberate translators. Goy/Joy is used here in the Talmud, & we even double checked the manuscript to make sure which word is used- Goyim/Joyim = Distinguished Nations.
